Create and execute a memorable performance.

WITHOUT overwhelming yourself.

Gain the tools and the confidence to create and perform unique pieces that capture your audience’s attention.

This is not an “Andrea gave me choreo” program – this is about YOU developing a skill set that will serve you for years to come.

This program is meant for someone who is planning or considering stepping into the spotlight with a solo performance in the next 12 months. It can be a pole dance or championship performance, burlesque, chair dance, or theatrical movement piece.

Four LIVE group zoom meetings

Live meetings are critical to success and an important pillar of this program.

Two Private Sessions with Andrea

Get feedback on your piece with two 20-minute private sessions to complement the program

Group chat and accountability

Support and inspire each other during your 4-weeks together.

Stage Sirens curriculum has been a game changer for me!

“PRACTICAL TIPS and FANTASTIC CREATIVE PROMPTS.

She covers practical tips and also provides fantastic creative prompts to think in new ways about movement, art, and expression. I feel much more confident and efficient in developing performance material thanks to her insight. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to deepen their relationship to their performance practice and art.”

THIS IS WHY I’VE PUT TOGETHER

The Stage Sirens Mentorship

If you are ready to take the stage, this is for you.

Performing a work of art that you created is a special experience that I wish for anyone who loves to dance.

I created Stage Sirens because performing on stage doesn’t have to be for kids and professionals. You deserve to step into the spotlight and shine and I’m here to help you do that with confidence.

01.

We begin with your vision

AND develop your ARTISTIC STYLE

We’ll discuss the overall concept of performing, dive deep into your goals (or your WHY) for performing, and how that shapes your decision to perform. We’ll discuss the impact of various venues, stage setups, and organizers, as well as how to choose your music and general performance concept.

02.

Act Creation

Costumes, Props & Characters, OH MY!

Week two takes us to the 10,000ft level of performance creation. We look at creating YOUR story from a character development perspective. What it is you want to share with your audience and look at best practices for achieving your goals including the use of props and costumes to enhance or detract from your performance.

GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

YES! Live is mandatory and crucial to YOUR success in the program.

This is not designed to choreograph a group piece larger than 3 people.

Nope! This program will NOT require space to move/dance, and meetings will not require participants to be physically active.

The live sessions will be conducted via zoom. Additional digital material will be delivered via email as links or attachments.

If you’ve read this far, chances are you’ve given the idea of performing an awful lot of thought. Assess what may be holding you back from taking that first step. Is it lack of knowledge? Fear? “Just not ready?” If this sounds like you, then I encourage you to sign up for the program.

You DO NOT need to create a performance piece in 4 weeks. The goal of this program is to give you a method or process to help you build a performance piece you are proud of in a venue that is supportive to you as an artist.

Sometimes we hold ourselves back because the idea of performing seems nebulous and nebulous equates to scary, so we keep hanging out in the wings hoping one day we’ll get over these self-imposed roadblocks to take center stage.

This program offers you knowledge on overcoming those obstacles so that when you feel inspired to perform, nothing will stand in your way.

This program can be used (successfully!) to build a competition piece, but this is not a competition-based program. I firmly believe that there is enough spotlight for all of us to shine, and the only competition we are ever in is with ourselves. This program does discuss competitions but does not discuss strategies for racking up points for specific competitions.
